Let others shine

 Nothing feels more powerful than helping others rise. When you make room for people who can lead and carry the mission forward, you multiply the impact. It’s never just about one person, real progress begins when you lift others to shine beside you.

When spirit turns into agenda!

It’s unfortunate and sad to see the spirit of the July Revolution being co-opted by various groups, including the current government in Bangladesh, to advance their own long standing agendas.

Virtue signaling!

While the country heads in the wrong direction, the spirit of the July Revolution has been reduced to a virtue-signaling game for so called elites and the intelligentsia.

It’s clear who’s already preparing to accept the next election’s outcome and setting the stage for their own agenda while leveraging the July Revolution banner. Some stay silent hiding behind apolitical hypocrisy while others are less subtle. I am not going to be part of any of these agenda driven games.

No yes man!

If showing unflinching support to a political party or entity requires being a bootlicker, I would rather have no political identity than be a yes man.

Love People, not Politicians!

I don’t judge people based on their national origin or religion, but on their character. I am also not in favor of banning products from a country just because its political leaders are evil. Love the people and their culture, but not their politicians who are often no better than pigs.

Earn your respect

You can’t force anyone to like or respect you, no matter how many cult-like followers you have. In the end, it’s your conscience and values that matter. People never forget who you truly are.

Don’t impose …

Don’t impose your opinions on others. Share the facts and let people decide for themselves. If they don’t listen, maybe you are not the right messenger.

Decks are stacked!

If everyone thinks one party is almost certain to win and is already jockeying for roles in a post-election world, then we have learned nothing. Clearly, the decks are stacked and I have no interest in being part of this facade.

Apolitical..really?

We can call ourselves apolitical all day, but if we’re constantly gloating about one entity over others, let’s be real, we aren’t exactly apolitical. Sorry!

We the people aren’t fools!

A casual leadership style propped up by advisors who are semi-retired or pulled out of retirement isn’t exactly a recipe for effective governance. Sure, the surrogates are hyping amazing success day and night, but we the people aren’t fools.

Be Authentic!

If you stay silent against your conscience just to avoid challenging your political or ideological allies, you are neither authentic nor apolitical entity!

No to same old same old!

I have no interest in seeing any legacy party in power. I won’t legitimize a broken system by participating in it. Be happy with your phony sigh of relief!

No to old legacy parties!

I am against legacy old political parties. They no longer serve the people or offer meaningful progress. What we need are fresh ideas and new, untainted leadership.

Stop Whining!

When every politician, activist, so-called thinker, and influencer won’t shut up about their own agenda - each claiming they hold the moral high ground, it stops being about solutions and becomes nothing more than self-serving virtue signaling. Back up. Let the interim government do its job. Whining on social media won’t fix a damn thing.

Doer over a talker!

To lead, a leader must be courageous. But a leader who is out of touch and delivers scripted talking points from abroad does not deserve to lead Bangladesh. We, the people, want a doer not a talker!

Self Control

Not every incendiary post on X deserves your attention. Choosing to ignore what doesn’t affect your life is a sign of wisdom and maturity.

Partisan Labels

The world isn’t just about the political right or left — there’s more to life than partisan labels. Both sides have their flaws, and neither is inherently better or worse. It’s time we shift our focus from rigid ideologies to our shared humanity, especially when personal perception is becoming increasingly critical and divisive.

Loyalty

Be loyal to a cause, not a party. Elections are not the only solution.

Being uncommitted means I speak only for myself, not for any group or entity. These are my personal opinions, and if you disagree, that’s perfectly fine. That’s what democracy is, isn’t it?
